The Hargreaves Foundation supports Independence at Home

The Hargreaves Foundation’s Trustees are pleased to confirm a three year programme of support for Independence at Home.
The funding will be used towards the provision of mobility and disability equipment, educational aids and software to help transform the lives of young people living with disabilities.
“We’re looking forward to supporting Independence at Home who provide grants to young people in financial need across the UK – our funding will make sport and education more accessible to those living with physical or learning difficulties. We were pleased to see how the funding will make a real difference – the picture above shows a 10 year old boy with a severe sight impairment using a specialist monitor to aid his studies.”
